THere is a good chance I will join once I secure my grappling. I don't want to get wrestlescrewed every match and right now my grappling is definitely crap.

I agree with a draft idea. With a short season, say 10 fights and a redraft based on record. This was the guys at the bottom wil have better fighters and a way to level the playing field out. And the league switches up after a bit to keep it fresh.
