Am I right in seeing that fighters actions seem a bit delayed, and even queued? I guess the queued bit helps with button mashing perhaps, maybe I'm seeing the wrong things here

Really hoping they move away from this next game. The delay really makes defensive moves like stepping not as effective in my opinion.
