Yeah, you have to get 1,000,000 fans in career mode to unlock all the fighters. Konami code for Rogan at the start screen.

As for career mode: I just saw the trailer for FIFA17's career mode released today that features interviews and media interaction. I know from a gameplay perspective it doesn't mean sh/t and choices are often meaningless (except to "gain fans") but it's great for immersion. I hope they make career mode more engaging in EAUFC3.
