Going straght into full mount after knockdown

After knocking my opponent down how do I jump straight into full mount? I have done it a few times but no idea how

Just walk around their feet before throwing any strikes.

i think they have to be blocking while on the ground. I'm not sure tho. I know what you're talking about tho.

When I try this i still end up in full guard or they insta spin so their legs are facing me again. Either way when I strike I never land in full mount. does the opponent need to have low stamina?

I think its positional. Has to do with what they were trying to do on the feet, and also what move you did to take them off of their feet.

I usually get this when I throw a hard rear low kick at my opponent while he is attempting to do some sort of spinning/sliding technique. Knocking him down in an awkward position as I sweep his power leg out from under him.

I end up almost perpendicular to them sometimes, as If I could dive into side control from standing. From there, I always throw a modified punch toward them, just to be sure.

Is normal.

When u walk near their head before/as they spin back into position. It's one of the better ftf feature

I seem to land it when I'm past their legs at an angle and press L2+punch

I see it as more of a luck thing, but when I knock someone down I just move away from feet but get closer to his face and then press either punch button and you should land in full mount.

I have had this happen numerous times and I have no idea what caused it.

You have to time jumping on top of them "for the TKO" right as the TKO animation is gone + be on the side or above them (where their head is).

ive noticed that it happens in 2 situations-
1st when u drop ur opponent with low kick
2n always after 2 takedowns - faceoutcage thai throw and trip.
