You play to much, take a break for a week or so and playing becomes great fun again. I don't know from experience, that's just word on the street.

I even suggest a longer break for those of us who have been playing a lot since launch.

I've been looking to fully retire from the game, but keep getting pulled back in

Probably after the holidays I'll take a solid few month offs, then decide if I want to come back, or just wait a year or longer til UFC 3 nears release

UFC 2 is officially the longest I've played a game competitively, even more than Fight Night and EA MMA (and wayyyyy more than UFC 1) --- but my bones are feeling old I may need to hang up the gloves for awhile lol

(plus I have a lot of Battlefield 1, Civ VI, and Fallout to play --- and you know, a real life I've often neglected lol at least my girlfriend didnt' leave me, that's true love)

No, I've done that. I've taken over a month off. When I come back I have one or two competitive matches against the AI and then it's back to walking through it.

Yeah I gotta agree with fballturkey. The AI is very bad and it's hard to have fun playing the ai. Even when you set your own house rules like letting the AI take you down, very little blocking, not pressuring the Ai, it still is so bad because all it takes is a simple combo and they act like they just got shot. Or when you're trying to let the Ai hit you but all it does is stand there and maybe do a little leg kick even though you're not moving and you're not defending yourself... please let this be fixed in the next game

If I feel like fighting online, I hop on and play. If I get frustrated, I hop off. Some weeks I play more than others, but I don't see myself completely stopping at any point.

Yeah, i'll play this until the next one came out. Just like I did with UD3, and just like I did with Ea UFC 1. I'll prolly take a lil break when FF15 comes out, but there's no way I could put it down for good.

I like it but it is broke as all get, GPD gets all emotional when someone calls it's broken, but it's true. Still having a blast playing

Hope martial minds is one of the "fight tooth and nail to keep" gamechangers

As I said it above most it's broke and a hot mess in many areas, I can still have have much fun playing it though.

You're not the only one that sold it though, online numbers dwindling way faster than first game.

Thank goodness for ultimate scheme dudes shelling out cash.

I wouldn't call it absolute garbage, but no amount of time away from it will make it different. The same lack of martial arts fundamentals it has now will still be there until the next title comes out.

yea man this game is literally 10x better than UFC 1; that may not be saying that much, but still

Game has its issues for sure...and is definitely not fun to play offline IMO lol....

...But even the LAUNCH version of this game was superior to the 'best version' of UFC 1 --- and there have been some awesome patches to UFC 2 that helped a LOT...

Sorry to say but if you hate this game, you probably just suck at it online Or you just play offline only and in that case I understand your pain.

go watch a couple of my recent league fights and you'll see how well rounded and fun this game can be when two top notch fighters go at it; no cheese just strategy skill and timing, very fun

(obviously there's a lot of cheese in ranked in UT but what can I say; if you become skilled at the game, you can beat 90%+ of cheesers, so git gud lol and/or join a League like EFC that prohibits cheese)

Honestly, this game is awesome. Just saying.

I obsessively played UFC Undisputed (2010, I think). I ended up selling my system to break my addiction. I bought the XBOX One specifically for this game. Even though I have three other top-notch games I never play them.

The addiction with UFC 2 has returned. My 3 month online subscription will lapse soon. I will not renew for a while just so i can catch up on other interests.

There are a few changes and additions that are needed, but overall this game is amazing.

Let me leave you with this: How many of you have said, "I am going to start just one more match." And then you lose to someone you shouldn't have and then you HAVE to play until you get a win. Or even better, you get the KO or sub in dramatic fashion.
