UFC3 Cross Platform?

There are cross play between PS4 and pc. But no between ps and XBOX, and it will not be in near feature. Because of their concurrence . Pc is not a concurrent for consoles.
But there are no plans for UFC on Pc as I see, so no cross play in near future. Unfortunately.

Licensing issues for both Microsoft and Sony would never allow this.

Rocket league game is crossed.
Windows pc & xbox.

Not in the near future we get this for Ps & xbox.
Maybe in 2025.

There are some games with cross platform play:
- War thunder
- Street Fighter 5
- Rocket league
But those games are PS4-PC cross play and NO ONE game with PS4-XBO crossplay.
This is because of SONY will (for now), MS agree for crossplay w PS4 because PS4 is much more popular platform, and cross play will help MS online gaming and incerase its online community... but naturally SONY has not profit from this.

wow thats really interesting to see. It has been Sony for a while, saying no to the idea. I understand why but its really in everyones' best interest that we have a bigger community to play games online. Lets hope this is the start of a bigger trend. To the OP, there is no chance this game will be cross platform IMO, but in future titles, it looks like anything is possible on that front.

I highly doubt this could/would happen in EA UFC 3, but its something to consider for UFC 4.

If anyone could break down that barrier to get Xbox/Playstation cross-platform in their games, it would be a company with as many resources as EA. Probably would happen through some big push from EA to get it in all of their sports titles. So we are probably looking at UFC 5 or 6 realistically if it ever happens.

Maybe on the next gen consoles or something.

I mean today Sony finally allowed Cross-Play with X-Box for Fortnite, if they could allow it for UFC 3/4 that would be awesome.


Just to throw in there: I wish UFC had a dedicated server. There should be some kind of security implemented between fights that bans players that DDOS others.
