Pretty simply, the UFC roster is 685 fighters, so 270 is 40% of the fighters. Just take the top 40% out of each division, done and dusted.

It's more trickey than that, we still don't know if its 260-270 launch or post DLC

Also I’d love to see Sean O’Malley in the game I’m sure he won’t be in by release but at least as an DLC

If it's anything like last installments we will have 20 DLC fighters but I don't know if the 270 fighters we will get are with dlc included
