Game modes and options?

Hey,

Just picked this up after years of not playing a UFC game. So far it's okay, but I feel like the ground game is... irritating, to say the least, and I'd like to practice the stand up game and clinching before I get into the ground game.

My question is: is there an option or a game mode where stand up and stand up clinching is allowed but there are no takedowns or ground game? So far it feels like my choices are:

1. stand up only
2. all levels
3. stand up only, with cheesy synthesizer music and a mortal kombat announcer

My advise find good friends who play this game , learn with them. You will get the most fun out it that way.
