Live Tuner Set - Jan 10, 2019

Gameplay Changes
  • reduce the max stamina component of damage done to the opponent when landing a body knee
  • reduce the max stamina penalty when you are put into a body health event
  • reduce the max stamina penalty when you are knocked down from a body strike

That was fast. Awesome news. This will help balance UT as well. Thank you.

Can vibration be added to stamina drain from the driving TD? This would be helpful when playing without HUD.

Also can the clinch have the same logic that TDs got?

Opponent moving towards: over/under, double leg
Opponent moving away: single collar, single leg.

I would ask for a smoother over/under entry animation since it's a primary way of stopping aggression but apparently there are no more patches.

Unfortunately all of this would require a patch.

Tuner set is good. It takes off some power from body knee, but you can still use it effectively as a part of your arsenal. I played couple of a games and chained it beautifully with elbow when opponents tried to pressure me.

Good Times!

Re: Live Tuner Set - Jan 10, 2019

Since grappling is predicated on denials and fakes right now; is it possible to lower the recovery on denied transitions and remove or lower GA gained for the faker but gain GA for the fighter being faked on?

Then denials would feel like how blocking a strike is- allowing you to continue to attempt transitions so it could flow like striking combos.

This way fakes would work how strikes in grappling give GA to the fighter being struck- allowing for a less static ground game.
