...just throw a hook or a knee at the start up, and you get an easy kd. Any strike that intercepts the Cartwheel Kick is an easy knockdown. You on PS4 or XBox?

Do you know if you can still do the shoving take-down counter that was in UFC 2? I'm pretty sure it happened when you shot on someone doing a cartwheel or ducking roundhouse in 2.

I.. think I've done it in 3 but I can't honestly remember.

Yes you can.

On top of that, any body strike that lands while mid cartwheel kick will knock him down.

Honeslty, TD or Body strike are almost NOT working.

The only reliable tool is:
- use Blocking, Sway or Step > [during his frame disadvantage on Block or Whiff] into follow up Counter strike.

MY frame advantage value: Step (largest) > Sway (mid) > Block (lowest).

Yeah body shots are so slow that they have to be thrown preemptively to stop the cartwheels except for the body knee. Even stationary body hook is too slow.

I play Gaetjhe quite a bit and got nailed in the body earlier, throwing that kick. I've also landed timed body shots on opponents using it. Theres really nothing wrong with it.

I tried tens times in practice (recording) and it has too hard timing (only 10% of success).
