Input available for block + sway

Being able to simultaneously block and sway has been requested for a long time.

The dev response has been something like having no available input to accommodate it.
However input is available:

The current TDD and CD input- (R2+LS↑/↓) + block cancel (L2+R2 + LS↑/↓)
TDD and CD can be moved to the unused- R1+LS↑/↓.

There are also many other unused inputs. Ordered from most to least accessible.
Could be few that I didn't know were in use, or few that I missed...

This significant defense has been omitted just because input limitations.

I don't know if it's just me but gifs don't seem to appear in mobile view. But desktop view is all good.

But yeah we should be able to block and sway at the same time. Being able to block and lunge at the same time was gamechanging.

Honestly, i am personally against the ability to Block DURING/TOGETHER with Sway (at least until we have not partial side blocking mechanics), b/c:
- it breaks the balance between different def tools
- blocking sway becomes to OPed
- UFC UD has NOT Blocking Sway too and i am sure for a reason
Btw , i was against Blocking steps too - and if i remember right UFC UD has not Blocking steps too (for a reason).

Ah ok. That makes sense.

I think that gif is an amazing example because every aspect of it is impossible in UFC3. From the blocking + headmovement, to the fluidity of motion in his headmovement.

You can use headmovement while blocking in Fight Night and it feels balanced just fine to me.

You haven't supported the bolded claims. What evidence do you have for the points 1 & 2?
