Is there any way to deal with these people that play as Max Holloway and just spam the low side kick and jumping spin kick? I don't even understand why he has this combo.

You can block the oblique kick and lunge to the outside of the spin kick. Romero has done a video of it. But still we shouldn't have to deal with unrealistic combos like this .
