I haven't seen it personally, but she mocapd I believe and that's why she has the shoulder roll. Either way they should replace the jumping lunge with the shoulder roll like they did with the old back lunge to DJs.

We can shoulder roll already which is similar but only Carla Esparza has it. I would like to see the roll replace the major side lunges so we can roll with strikes.

Like how ferguson was rolling donald cerones punches. Or how nick diaz rolls with punches so he never gets hit flush. And basically your first clip.
