Cage pressure in UFC 4

Guys, it seems to me that this aspect wasn't demand in the game. But in fact, this is a huge advantage for some fighters. How often did you use cage to win? And would you like to see it in the fourth part?couture-clinch-300x200.jpeg

As a primarily offline player who tries to play realistically, I use the cage regularly. Not that I'm not having a good time, I just wish there was a little more variety on the cage in term of animations (whether its transitions or strike) and it feels stiff. Clunky kind of...definitely not fluid. I'm hopeful cage work will be a stat. Some bigger, stronger grapplers should absolutely have an advantage when it comes to pinning someone against the cage.

We should be able to move along the cage.

Absolutely. This sport is mma, not boxing. That's why we need way more cage interactions than previous game. If don't want to play against cage, you'd better play No grappling mode.

I mainly like striking in the game but have had quite a few fights where my opponent goes for the driving cage takedown and we cage fight the whole time. It is always strangely really fun and gets me really competitive to get off the cage and land something

I expect this and much more. I have pretty high hopes for the grappling, maybe too high but given the fact they didn't change the grappling at all last year I really expect them to do alot in the in UFC 4.

Re: Cage pressure in UFC 4

cage pressure is 60% of what takes place in a fight so we need more.
