Stamina Means Nothing

Opponent has half a bar of stamina and still getting rocks and KDs?

Lol head movement is so laughable on this game. Who approved of the stiff *** head movement???

You just get jab-overhand the entire fight because moving your head is way too slow.....game is already bad lol

Yeah I was hoping for more punishing stamina. But grappling has that effect finally. But striking stamina needs to be more punishing.

Re: Stamina Means Nothing

Short term stamina is fine long term stamina should drop slightly faster

Fighters should be able to throw volume with high stamina no problem. It should just sap them later on

Yup, it's getting tuned. The refill from stamina in between rounds for striking is way too high, unless you grapple, you're going to recover a lot of stamina even if you throw 140, 118, in the first two rounds, you can come back in the 3rd with about 80% stam, which is absurd.

Tell me if I'm reading this right, grapple stamina is currently "correct" or working as intended but striking isn't? If so that's a good sign on top of what I already like, I've had some matches where after a round or two of grappling I've noticed my opponent's health is nearly half empty or lower.

This is very good to hear. Romero i know you can't share too much, but hopefully they make the long-term stamina deplete enough to discourage spam. I feel like the mental aspect of MMA is overlooked because you don't have to think about picking your shots.

MMA fighters talk about their cardio/gas tanks all the time and it should be a major factor of UFC 4 as well.

Re: Stamina Means Nothing

Yeah I'm confused about stamina, I'm yet to see anyone gassing out.

Also it feels like the clock is running faster but maybe it's just my impression.
