Yes, I vividly remember that patch because they promised a ranked sim mode in it and I had decided to never play ranked as the stamina was based on a much more arcade like version of the game. The game in sim mode was one of the best and most balanced online sports experiences I can remember but the non sim mode matches were full of players exploiting the stamina and throwing punches like UFC 2. I only played online sim waiting for that patch to drop and go to work on the sim leaderboard. Unfortunately THQ failed and the patch never dropped. One of my biggest gaming disappointments.

UFC2's ragdoll was totally unrealistic, too. It's just various, has nothing realistic. because there's no weight and gravity. Nobody can fall down like that.
You guys want to bring back ufc2's ragdoll. that's okay. because it's fun and give us various ko animations. but you guys don't have to say it's realistic. It's not true. It looks totally arcade. Honestly, I don't understand you guys are always saying we want realistic tko and gameplay, but want to bring back unrealistic ragdoll at the same time. There is a contradiction between the two requests.
