We are aware of this issue and working on a fix. We believe that it is an issue in a screen which is not playing nicely with high latency connections. To help validate this I have a request for anyone who has encountered this issue. If you are willing please send me a private message with your country and timezone.

Sorry I’m new to the forum so I can’t pm, but I’m in Australia, Sydney gmt 11 time zone.

I have had this happen to me 3 times now. It just happened 2 times in a row. Any word on a fix for this bug?

Just happened again and my ping was in the low 40’s when the match started. Please fix this!

I hope this is true, I’m sorry if this is a stupid question but how do you know for sure? I’ve been hounding Sony and ea for weeks for an answer on this through emails and they haven’t given me a straight answer
