Options during guillotine

Is there anything you can do when you’re being guillotined while standing? I try walking forward and my guy just stands there while my stamina dips to zero.

Besides not letting them grab your head in the first place by holding RT, just walk away and if you have enough space behind you and it will break free. You're currently gonna gas, and there isn't anything you can do right now.. If you are great at the mini game, I wouldn't panic even completely gassed. If you get put against the cage, again, don't panic, do you best to hit the chain submission prompt and move the bar smooth and not completely covered. It's ok if they have you halfway covered, just not mostly or all the way.
