Controller vibration problems

Thanks for the information. As luck would have it, I dropped my controller last night and messed up one of the trigger springs permanently. So, I'm just going to get a new controller and see what's up with it.

I think the little wire you refer to is part of the charge and play package, which I did not get. If the new controller is screwed, I'll drop $3-5 on the wire.

no prob. you'll get one with your new controller they come with them all now but didn't before. it's not as long as the play and charge but you can use it to update

Got the new controller, but no little cord. When I first connected the controller it downloaded updates, so hopefully I'm good to go.

no problem man glad things are running better for you! odd you didn't get a cable i bought a new controller a few months back (just a standard wireless one) and it had one in the box beneath all the manual things. you say you updated it wirelessly? must be a new feature to xbox one as you had to connect it up before

Controller problems are back, even with the new controller. Single player is not a problem, but there is a fraction of players online that some how disable some of my controller functions.

I can't believe I'm the only one having this problem.
