I feel your pain here --- I have 2 fighters in Division 6 and 2 in Division 5; most of them have near max Stamina and toughness, but Body and Chin are still far from maxed out --- def. puts me at a disadvantage when going up against full stat athleticsim guys, but it is what it is

I must play a ton but I got 4 guy with Max ath all in div 4 with like 200 fights each. Saved a bunch for attribute packs and used boxer build. With the attributes I made one with kicks and another is like a clinch/sub pro. U can mold them to whatever u want. The base just matters for start

I can tell by that pic that u just haven't played enough, I didn't get any of my fighters athleticism maxed until after I was level 60, and even still only have 2 fighters that are maxed. Just keep playing and buying packs, or use item scouting to buy attribute cards, the 3* attributes are only 1800 coins. You'll get there eventually, it just takes time.
