Matchmaking now based on OVR

Shouldn't. If you are a "good standing" player and you get matched with a "bad rep" player, the bad rep player will be muted.

I haven't played yet, but in my div 6 MW I only usually verse the same few and have like 20 mins wait inbetween games sometimes. Tempted to keep making bums, put a few moves on, be around 75 overall and play against the 65-80s to find games...

Since the patch I am unable to play multi-player Ultimate team on ps4. Every fighter I tried in each weight class same error message 'unable to find opponent'. 85 rated. No fights found. I removed all moves down to 65. Still no fights found.

My current rating on the new matchmaking logic is 0.

Funnily enough, I'm finding more matches in division 7 than I used to. The only problem is, I'm finding more lower rated players now (which I don't really mind, I just feel sorry for them). However, I am not playing the same cycle of players which is nice.
