About event packs,

Do they add more stuff after the event concludes like "Move of the Night" or do they stay the same before and after the event?

Just curious because I am saving up a ton of coin to purchase the UFC 223 packs when they release, and just want to know if I should wait until after the event. And if so, how long does it take to update the event packs after the event is finished.

I can't recall but I am going to be fishing for Khabib and Tony for sure.
