I'm the opposite but I'm usually pretty good at getting back to a good position from being mounted. No one ever expects the hip escape back to half guard.

Re: What parts of YOUR game do you need to work on?

My strengths are my striking and my wresting is solid. Finally able to consistently block transitions and utilize some GnP. Surprisingly, I suck in the clinch. Thats the area I need the most work in. I thought my Jiu-Jitsu was weak before I used a good BJJ fighter. After I dominated with Frank Mir, I realized how much ratings actually matter. Not just stick skills.

Re: What parts of YOUR game do you need to work on?

I guess i'd say i need to improve my defense standing.

Online people spam the crap out of small jabs to the body area, and then get some BS knockout, and with these small punches there stamina barely moves, so they just keep throwing. Parry one body shot, and another 5 comes, then start blocking your body, and they attack your head. These small little jabs are overpowered. I started experiencing this in black belt matches.

I'm legit good at everything else, almost all of my losses have come on stupid knockouts from people spamming jabs and other little punches.

So any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Clinch clinch clinch. Same as Undisputed. I'm pretty good on my feet, very good on the ground, and decent enough to get out of most submissions, but man can I not work the clinch for anything.

For being a newb I'm pretty solid all around. I was best at the Stand up game until I fell in love with the ground game now I just prefer to take everyone to the ground. I'd say my clinch and clinch transitioning need some work and maybe realizing I need to back off sometimes and regenerate some stamina.

Re: What parts of YOUR game do you need to work on?

Ok so I've pretty much mastered everything. When I first started off with this game I was pretty much a stand up fighter. Now I'm total opposite. I'm in love with the ground game and I wanna finish everyone off via submission. Just pulled off my first tornado a few minutes ago against Forrest Griffin who is a beast to submit. Damn is he awesome on the ground. Now I'm working on movement and parrying. If I do lose it's cause I'm not blocking but I'm coming along.
