Blocking those thai clinch knees, the clinch game in general, and keeping people on the ground

Yeah I find patience is huge in all aspects of this game. When I have a friend over trying to show off how I can beat people online I get wrecked because I am over aggressive. When I sit back and react and get them tired out I can then knock them out or submit them. My favorite thing to do right now is to block knees from spammers. Then get out of the clinch or get a dominant clinch position throw them then transition and finish them with a submission. Since they wasted all their stamina it's easy peasy to submit them.

Probably my biggest weakness in this game are not mixing my striking up enough. I tend to go head hunting or body hunting too much. I need to go head body head.

pretty much anything to do with submissions except for defending them

I am just horrible at them so I am just going to accept that I will not be doing any submissions. I focus too much and am still unable to make a difference. gah.

saddening.

The clinch. I rarely ever use it.

I still tend to struggle on submissions solely because I get too excited and end up moving the wrong way after having the submission locked in.

Re: What parts of YOUR game do you need to work on?

At this point, my biggest problem is patient fighters who don't give me the opportunity to counter them or take them down. People who are willing to only throw 1 or to shots at a time and back out and wait for it. Mainly because I hate fighting for a decision. But I am also not gonna be stupid and overly reckless.
