It seems as the patch changed something and now the modified L1/LB and transition seems either bugged or so precise that if you don't go directly over at the 9 o'clock or 3 o'clock position you just spazz.

Nope. No issues here. Well you are supposed to be precise with your ground movements. Thats the point. I find it interesting you felt the need to come on here and create this thread when you have already been beating this to death overon the EA boards.

Yes, i have now found that you need to super precise took me while to figure it out mind you.
