Switched over from PS4 to XBone. Huge difference in graphics. Has it always been this bad or just after the last update?

Since the game on the xbox one and the ps4 run at 900p, both at 30fps, and with the PS4 being the more powerful hardware, the team at EA used better Anti alisasinng techniques on the ps4 than the x1. Hence more jaggies in the X1 version.
