No thanks. This place is how it should be. For constructive criticism. Much rather have that than a free for all. You can make your own site for that. This type of forum actually helps the devs more. They got plenty from the forums, but it was like looking for a needle in a haystack. You basically had to favorite the good threads. At least here you can subscribe. Then you get emails when people post in it. You can choose the frequency of those emails too.

Two guys were constantly posting threads attacking Fishingtime and GPD. So many of them that it made it difficult to navigate the forum.

EA's forum doesnt have basic tools like IP bans or easy thread deletion tools so EA decided to move their forums to OS. This is likely just a temporary move until EA upgrades their forums but who knows.
