There was some good posts there that I can't find anymore, just curious if anyone knows if all that info is gone forever.

Im willing to bet all of the old info will be lost, even if they just upgrade. Can GPD or someone in the know comment if there is still the possibility of the old forum being upgraded? Or is it just gone for good?

They are likely just hidden, and if they wanted to, they could migrate it to a new site. Sifting through it all would be a pain though, so it is possible they moderate it and archive it. Who knows? Usually they close forums, but archive it for a short while. At least they did with Battlefield after having everyone move over to the new site. I don't see them opening them back up. They basically left them up because they were cheap lol.

Why else wouldn't they have just added forums to the game's actual website? That would cost money, and it can be pretty expensive for what they would like. I don't see them that worried about it either since we have places like this to discuss the game, and we have the devs ears.

The forums were already dying off in activity. This always happens. The forums really only rock right before and after release, then again for patches.

This is a great place, and I'm thankful to have the ear of the devs here. I just miss the format of the old forum and the colorful atmosphere it had.
