UFC 2 Division 7 and 8 Take Forever To Find A Ranked Match.

I'm playing 3-4 fight per game since Bigg cee made this thread with no weightclass bonus to get as low points as i can.

In division 7 is 40 people still not enough, waiting on 70-100 people.

My rank is going down

7 division should be the last and they need to make it harder to get there for people who are really good not for guys who play 1000 games per week and have record like 500-500.

I've been having issues with matchmaking with this game in general.

I have to retry 4-5 times to find me a quick match.. Despite me choosing every weight class possible and all the matchmaking settings open to anything,it will take me up to 20 min at worse,to find me a game.

All the games that it finds me,it neglects my opponents geographical location,in a result of placing me in laggy games with delay half the time.

Matchmaking needs to be fixxed in this game.

My ps4's NAT Type is Type 2 because my router doesn't have DMZ support,to put my ps4 console in DMZ mode and make it NAT 1,but still with this router/internet connection and my NAT TYPE being 2,i have no issues in EA SPORTS UFC 1 nor any other ps4/pc game.R6S for PC For example,is NAT TYPE OPEN,I goT UPnP on my router and somehow this game is ****ed up on the matchmaking aspect.

Way you describe it,is how the game is for me in quick match,where not a lot of people play,like DIV 7.In ranked & UT ,it will find me games with noticable delay/lag 3/10 times.It finds games there almost instantly though,but i am almost always on the blue corner,meaning someone else is always the host most of the time.

Only this game causing me issues with lag/delay and matchmaking times.

I notice sometimes it takes a little while to match me up against someone. I'll then usually be matched up with someone with a terrible connection because the lag will be pretty bad.


If there's a hint of lag between two sets of players, I'd rather matchmaking just take longer instead of throwing me into a lagfest. Found myself just quitting last night after being taken down by a single leg as my input wasn't being registered at all until it was too late.

I am division 7 and i never have a problem finding a match.

Having a fun fight is a whole other story though.

Theres nothing to fix. This issue was when the game first came out, but now it works fine. Any division in ranked you can find a match quick. This thread is just old.

I have one idea how to solve it and increase diversity -MATCHMAKING FORK:
We in ranked must to be able to match make with 2 divisions not only one our div.
But which 2nd another division , higher or lower is based on your selected fighter OVR:
- select high OVR fighter in 6 div = match w 6 and 7 div
- select low OVR fighter in 6 div = match w 6 and 5 div
In more details: every selected fighter's OVR value has its own matchmaking coefficient which multiply with player's current Division and Ranking. Which in results will make a matchmaking balanced between 3 parameters:
1. Selected fighter' s OVR
2. Player's Division number
3. Player's Leaderboard rank.

Discussions on this idea are welcome!

Effects:
- more matchmaking efficiency
- more diversity in using fighters
- more comfortable conditions to play by low OVR fighter and more challenge and risk when playing by high OVR fighter
So more balance in online ranked.
