Simple.
Because in a real fight, when I have someone stumbling who can barely walk, I have to calmly work the angles to get them against the cage.

Psh. Please, this is just another way to keep people in the fight. Same reason someone can take 15 head kicks with a bright red head and keep coming.

Re: What Is The Point in Rocking Someone?

In this game currently the only point of rocking someone really is to set up the dumb clinch which is the easiest way for every fighter to get kd or ko'd.

One of the most frustrating parts of the game...

LOL each time I rock my opponent I go " aww man I should've taken him down instead of throwing that last punch" I swear man if the next update doesn't include ways to close the distance like in Undisputed 3 I will laugh and cry so much at the same time

I do this everytime I rock somebody to the body in the middle of the cage. You have plenty of time to get them back against the cage if they're rocked.

Pete get too desperate when they rock somebody and flail at mid air. If you cut your angles you can get them while they're still rocked. If they do recover yup still have a 50%+ stamina advantage. And if you struggle to finish a guy when you have a 50% stamina advantage and they have no where to run that is "#user error" as one of the game changers would say.

I'm not a fan of this hashtag business. It was devised as a derogatory term and has been used repeatedly in that context.

Re: What Is The Point in Rocking Someone?

That's the thing: This was an issue in the last release. Why wasn't this addressed in time for this version? So ridiculous to not have the option to run forward in this game. They also still don't have feints from what I can tell...
