Latest patch creates unplayable lag?

I thought live event mode was unplayable due to lag, but I've come to realize it's all game modes since the latest patch. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Before the patch, the game ran smooth ~80% of the time. I won ~90% of my ranked matches when not lagging. Since the patch, I consistently lose to people that don't even know the buttons. My fighter just bobs up and down when I try for takedowns, denials don't work, I get juggled by combos and can never move. My internet is just fine, I've been running speed tests and packet loss tests.

I was among the top in the world with the Undisputed series, and this is first game since that has really grabbed me. It gave me a taste of how much damn fun it can be, and just as I'm getting really good and they release the best game mode ever seen in a UFC game, it becomes entirely unplayable for me.

Am I the only one? Any advice?

been like that for me since launch. gotta fight 2 secs ahead

and the animations for getting hit are wayyyyy to long

but yes latency so bad none of the controls really work. just makes the game so horrid makes me sick just to think how far Backwards we have come.\

I would give you ****, and ask you why the hell you'd post this here, as it's obviously not the right place. However, I feel your pain, because you can search the entire internet for an answer to this question and not find it. I just responded to a few posts and the next day I could start a thread.

I did later find some obscure info on this. You'd only find it if you clicked on the sticky thread about the coming over from the UFC forums.

I am seriously tired of all of this lag, delay, latency issues etc
I am mostly host on xbox and after hundreds and hundreds of games, it seems laggers doesn't suffer from lag like host do, it s absurd

Hard for me to tell

The day after the patch I had 10+ straight fights (ultimate team) with no lag; it was great

but over the weekend I def. had some lag...UT some, but very noticeable and bad with the live event

Not sure if it was just the time of day I was playing (i.e. I was playing in the early afternoon so probably paying Europeans?) or if eveyrone just came out of the woodwork for the competition and that screwed it up? Or just (bad) luck of the draw.

What they need to do is lower the herz and fps to lower the latency

I have been playing mostly the tournament since the patchand the lag jas been terrible. It's like playing while someone is randomly hitting pause then play the whole match.
