SWAY ISSUE: accidental Dodge after Sway click

There are 2 types of Sway:
1) Click quickly LS and release it immediately - QUICK SWAY with quick ducking and quick return to initial position or into another Sway; possible to make series of Quick sways.
2) Press and holding LS in that direction - SLOW HOLDED SWAY with _slower_ ducking and _slower_ returning to inital position or into another Sway; possible to stay in needed duck position for long, BUT we remember that follow ups Strikes are tracking you then.

The issue is with 1) Quick Sway: right after you perform Quick sway (click L2+RS) and when you release L2 your fighter perform Dodge in sway direction by himself. And you can not to perform immediately Sway strike as you planned.

This issue is broking the Sway usage in this game.

How to fix:

clear previous buffer input after Sway animation begins

How do you know so much about the lil details? Just wonderin if you are a programmer or have experience with this type of stuff.

Bigs can cover to much ground on defense(they are too fast)

Late contest on laups matter too much.

Random blocks doing pumpfakes.

Leaning shots for guys who have catch and shoot badge should be removed.

The key to reproduce it is trying to perform Quick sway with immediate attempt to perfrom Head punch:
(click both) L2+RS or (holding)R2 + (click)RS > (immediately release L2 + input Strike to Head.... command buffer is not cleared fully after release L2 which provoke accidental Dodge execution which breaks our Sway counter strike (it will launch but after initial dodge - we loose time).

Sways are very important and the most unappreciated tool on the game.
Because very few people understand its mechanics i think.

This issue is very important for successful using Sways in the game.

The only issue with the sway is when it's laggy!

Not the only one. There are many issues (dodges after sway, too wide dead zone, no strikes from the sway position, etc) with sways in EA UFC 2, so sway is not the main evasive tool during the fight as it is in real life.
