Yeah i agree with you but what you show is rare, you had no lucky. That was more a bug than anything else. that was happen to me too, but like 1 time out of 10. It's rare.

Actually he is somewhat right. It is kinda broken. I can't tell you how many times i've shot a well timed td after my opponent clearly misses his wild strike and somehow it still manages to hit me, even after it clearly missed me. I've even gotten ko'd like that before...then when I watch the replay it's clearly a phantom punch lol. That's bs and that need's to be fixed.

In many cases, people speak without knowing some things. There really is a depth ground gameplay with GA.

I already know alot about the GA. I know the right moments when i should shoot for the td to get GA and all that stuff. But there are hit detection issues with td's and if you've played the game enough you already know that. It doesn't have anything to do with the GA it's hit detection...you go for a well timed td and sometimes strikes that miss still register as a hit. That kinda ruins the td's working to full potential.

OP, don't listen to this guy. Take down defense is way too easy against TD's from standup. It's an issue that has been talked about quite a bit.

The glitch you showed is a byproduct of poor hit detection and the fact that any strike can stop a TD.

Haha, his example in his video cas clearly a bug, something abnormal. If Devs succed to correct this, good but the facts are here, i have no problems to take someone down when i throw a takedown on the good moment. I agree. Ppl were asking for the counter knee to the td in the game for a while, but EA didn't put it in. I think well timed knee or uppercut should be able to counter the td and cause knockdowns most times, and others rocks and flash ko's.

The UT mode is the issue perhaps, i have no knoledge on this mode except for need to use your bank card haha. You say it's more easy to take someone down from the clinch but think, there are moments on the feets where the circle fills up fast, this is the same on the clinch, GA!
