Yup I mostly agree --- although EA MMA had its fair share of problems for sure

I think blending the good parts of EA MMA with good parts of UFC 2 is the way to go in the future though, for sure

FNC had the stick punching down. I think so many people were turned off from the quarter circle punches from the other ones they didnt care to try, buttons were always faster and more precise. Spectrum punching had a nice combo system built in with the swoops, worked really great. Ea mma was the same as the old ones. Had EA mma come out with the full spectrum punching it woulda been amazing, i think. Ea mma had that parry system where everyone just kept clasping their hands all fight though, that was really stupid looking. i would prefer current buttons and combo multiplier system over ea mma standup.
