But Ariel's back in. Hopefully he's more careful this time.

But that would be worrying, because whats reporting, if you have to ask permission first?

It's not permission. Ariel should've asked the
UFC for a comment before he published the story. He didn't because he knew they would ask him to park the story or deny it. ESPN had no problem asking the UFC before they reported. The UFC lied and said the report wasn't true but ESPN gave them the courtesy of asking.

I'm not saying Ariel deserved to be banned because he didn't but Ariel's hands aren't completely clean on this.

I don't know if anyone realized but lesnar is under contract with the WWE so if he signs a contract that breaches the one he has it would end in terrible consequences. Ufc is in the right lesnar might lose out on two contracts because someone couldn't keep their mouth shut for a couple hours. Plus what's if Dana came on later and said they couldn't get him signed. Now helwani looks like an arse saying he was coming back.

The WWE allowed him to do this.

Kevin iole, and all the other media outlets knew as well but kept quiet. We have no idea how much the UFC paid to the WWE to make this happen so obviously there going to be pi**ed.

The whole brock lesner thing was supposed to be revealed in that awsome promo but he ruined that.

The ufc let him into every event for free, gets to watch all the fights for free, interviews fighters, unlimited backstage access has the best job in the world and then he craps on them sometimes.

Personally, I was a little pissed about that. I was watching 199 with a few friends. I saw the Lesnar leak on MMA Fighting but my friends didnt. They freaked out when they saw the promo and it was kinda ruined for me because I already knew.

Most of that access will be gone. Ariel will be able to go to press days and attend the fights but I doubt he is allowed backstage anymore. He will be just like every other MMA reporter when it comes to access.

Just like any other reporter..

Except the athletes respect Ariel way more than any one else, enjoy talking to him more than anyone else, and are willing to give him their time more than anyone else.
