The ground controls are completely unresponsive

Like seriously I know for a fact that im blocking the transitions and yet the opponent still passes like wtf and not mad becasue i keep losing online cuz i dont play online.

I've had a tough time recently too. Not sure if it's after the most recent patch, but even with Maia or Jacare - and I make sure I have the stamina edge - I can't block $hit anymore (I can't hold positions on top, nor can i consistently block positional advances defensively). It's pretty frustrating. I had become pretty damn good at controlling the ground game until the last week or two

Yeah, the latency that online adds totally throws off denial timing. You just have to adjust.

The game is broken for anyone that gets any bit of latency.

You literally have to guess which way they are going to transition. its annoying and not fun anymore.

Its the worse when your opponent can lay on you waiting to deny you over and over but you cant deny back!

yeah theres no denials at all any more they get lost in latency (the animation comes to late to block anything.

you just have to learn to fight without it. totally sucks they took away preemptive denials because they actually worked and they werent OP at all.

now you literally cant deny anything except the one preemptive denial in the game (getting to full mount and denying the half guard escape is still preemptive) and funny thing is its the only one that works.

this is the worst system yet. just horrible

Of Course full stamina no denials and none in the clinch either. just dont work ever
