does this game hates me? double standards for subs

ok so daily > get 5 subs
so I get my MW guy with pretty decent +80 stats on everything
I got perks reducing sub cost, speeding up subs, speeding up subs if u got back, stamina reducing perk for submissive fighter etc
I got choke sub to like 89, pretty high stamina like 10 points under possible maximum, 3*, 4* subs on my side

and now I got 1 sub and then I gave up, I mean I used like 10subs in 1 round on one guy, and NO MATTER if he got full stamina and NO stamina, his escape speed was fast as hell and GUESS what, no escape artist perk, choke defense like 50
I almost had him once, when I kinda was predicting where he will go, but this is some serious bull and it s really pissing me off,
but when I got my boxer out with 95 td defense, I cant deny TD, when I got 50 def I got submitted with no problem, my gates compared to that guy move like 2 or more times SLOWER

oh I also tested Escape artist 4 on my boxer, well guess what It didn't work at all

(it s not just this, it a denials, parries, TD, TD denials, fake transitions magically denied etc)

in 98% games I am host, I got 29dl,6upload xfinity Comcast internet in texas Houston and I want to know WHAT problem is

I want to know if other people got this problem, if this is game, Comcast, if it s me, if that s matchmaking fault, if Perk which is making submission gates appears faster if it s speeding up opponent defense gates too, or what the heck is happening here

xbox one says latency 60ms, then why my game sometimes feel like there s at least 500ms latency

Comcast has had endless issues for years with online gaming.

Comcast is terrible.

I don't think there really is too much they can do about it since it relies on connections. Every match has the chance to have different latency, and how much really effects the game.

They tried to help it with one patch, and it did help. However, these p2p connections really mess with the latency.

Nothing sucks more than losing because of latency, but it becomes a reality all the time. Every MMA game I've played had this issue. This was one of the reasons I was happy EA got the franchise. They have better servers. I'm not sure this game has more latency than last game. I just think the game's mechanics help point out the latency people never knew was there last game. Denials are effected by this. If the denials were like this last game, you would have heard the same issues of not being able to deny.

Lag is indeed bad, but I also think stamina matters way too little in submissions
