Is your account linked to your PSNID? Are you making sure you select the right persona?

I don't know what that means. I just go to the gameface website, log into my EA origin account, and that initiates the creation process.

Just tried it and it gave me that error before finally taking me to my GF. So you might just have to wait longer, or refresh the page and try again.
