-SUB transition to Sprawl gives momentum advantage to SUB getup to over under

This one is way too fast IMO. It's essentially a free transition. Not too many people know about it because the transition to sprawl isn't a common move on a lot of fighters, but it pops up in top UT fighters. I remember trying to bait someone for the guillotine sub reversal from the get up to over under from sprawl. Purposely obtaining stacked knowing these 2 transitions were coming back to back, and that get up is just unstoppable. Tested in practice mode as well, it just zips through.

Momentum moves pop up? You mean you notice a faster grapple meter, because that's all a momentum transition does. There are transitions that can be one or another based on circumstances like GA or stamina (I think). For example the DOM postured up to half guard vs the DOM postured up to side control, which takes a bigger advantage to get the prompt.

No. Watch the GAH when they are transitioning. The prompts change to directions you can go. Surprised more don't know about this.

On occasion there is a silver badge with RT that pops up during a transition; what is it?

Those are not momentum transitions. Those are transitions that happen mid animation, so if there was a race to to fill the meter, you would get that new transition you are seeing pop up. The move changing on your HUD have nothing to do with the transition you need to perform in the next position.
