Commentary mix ups

So i'm sure a lot of you have noticed weird mistakes happening with the commentary.

I'll admit the commentary is better this year, but there are some funny mix ups that happen frequently.


The one that sticks out to me, because I hear it all the time, is the one that goes something like ~"We have a stand up fighter, and a Jiu Jitsu fighter, and the ground specialist is gonna be looking to take this fight to the ground"...

But we both will be using stand up guys. Lol.


The other one that I think is funny, is when you tap someone with a Heel Hook, the announcers call it an "Ankle Lock". I mean yeah there is pressure on the ankle, but a Heel Hook is gonna explode your knee, not your ankle.


What are some other mix ups you guys have noticed?

Maybe we can take a positive view of this and hope it means they intend to add ankle locks as well...

Toe holds, Ankle Locks, Achilles locks, Compression locks..

I hate when Faber is fighting and they say about how happy he was when Dillashaw won the title, but aren't they feuding at the moment? I just don't find it relevant for them to mention it anymore.

The mix ups can be funny, but I love the one where they laugh at the match in amazement. You usually hear that after a good exchange between two fighters. At least that is when I hear it most. Both had to have used defensive tactics other than the parry. Probably all in my head, but that one usually is spot on.
