Flying armbar I'm single collar is l2+ up (don't really remember if it was only l2 or l2+r2, but it doesn't matter for the denial. Didn't play this game for a while, so I don't remember perfectly), so you have to deny by flipping the stick upwards, not left or right. Same goes for rolling kneebar or flying armbar from Thai clinch. Didn't encounter the flying armbar from over under yet.

As said before it's RT + Up to deny the armbar from single collar and same for the armbar from MT clinch.

To deny the guillotine from MT it's RT + Down.

I'm 90% sure the rolling kneebar from over/under is RT + Up too but I'd need to check that one (it's up or down).

Once you know the denials you just need to work on recognising the animations.

I know what you mean about the armbar from SC tho - I sometimes deny too quick before realising it's an armbar then get locked out

lmao yea it totally threw me off the first half dozen times I saw it...thought it was a glitch or something hahaha

I've finally caught on to the animation though so I know it's coming from far away...now I finally know what direction to block lol...unless I lock myself out by denying another transition first and I'm screwed

all these pics with info is great but when it comes to lag there's nothing you can do. Your honestly going to have to be a mind reader and look into the future before they even do a move to deny. There's times you can know everything someone is doing but nothing will happen because of input delay with the controller. SUCK SO MUCH!!!!
