Re: List of "Transition Switches"

I wont buy UFC3 unless there s really good deep tutorial.
I bought this game on release day and just now I found out that what I thought it s just some transition glitch it s actually gameplay mechanics...
O_o

Re: List of "Transition Switches"

Seems to be a lot of things with this game that ended up not making the final cut but didnt have time to remove the remnants. Perk descriptions, R2 defense, etc... I wonder if some higher ups forced it out early to get that royalty revenue to help boost the potential ufc sale.

I'm 100% OK with arcane mechanics.

That's part of the fun, & experience IMO. The fact that even though I play every single day, and still months after release i'm still learning new subtleties is kind of awesome.

I added videos to the original list!

The accelerated ones even have time code so you can see the speed differences for yourself. Especially Rubber Guard.

I agree. I know it ultimately doesn't matter because you get a submission for a win. But jiu jitsu nerds like us would like to have options for chains (or improving the probability of finishing a submission by reducing gates) which don't end in an armbar.

That isn't hard, or unrealistic. Maybe they could mix it up by character or something. Omoplata, triangle, and armbar - as an example - are all moves that can be chained in various combinations. Same for kneebar, heel hook, ankle lock, toe hold (4 moves which can all be chained with each other).
