Reduce effectiveness of High Block by 20%. How do ppl feel about this?

They are the easiest to beat. Movement and make them whiff. Counter to the body after the whiff to really punish stamina. The worst thing to do is stand toe to toe with them. Most won't get out of the 2nd if you just play it smart.

Leg kicks need a huge nerf. The stuff is ridiculous. If you land one it counts as a sig strike..(But a punch from full mount landing flush isn't..wtf.) They cost hardly any stamina to throw, if I block it, I'm stuck in mud and can't counter. I I parry it, I jump backwards or some goofy looking crap and can't counter. I mean WTF is this. I literally feel like quitting before the fight if I match up with a Barbosa. I mean what is the point.
