The ratings are based on current ability not prior glory.

Last time rampage actually slammed someone in devastating fashion was about a decade ago.

Chuck Liddell is based on his historical prime.

Prime Rampage > Prime Liddell > Current Rampage

As is the way with any sports game that progresses with time, so do the stars. Until Rampage retires, do not expect him to be better.

Ok for the ratings, i can understand but when if Rampage is known for his boxing and especially for his wresling, the fact is he has no power slam or power takedown, there is no excuse to this.
fortunately, his boxing in the game is very good with 91 and good strike LVL but grappling game deserve to be higher.
The same for Josh whose his specialty is catch wrestling so he deserves to have all the grappling panoply moves even more than certain fighter. he has nothing.

Dude, when was the last time Rampage took annnyyyone down? It's not even exaggerating been like 10 years since he's wrestled anyone at all. All he does is use his wrestling to keep the fight standing, and box with guys now. He barely even throws kicks, or does anything really, but box these days.

I love barnett, but even he himself admits he's not good at takedowns. He's not a takedown guy. He'll grind you into a fence, and look for trips and some takedowns from there, but he's not out shooting power doubles in the middle of the cage.

there would be more satisfied players than the reverse if you give all the panoply to this 2 wrestlers, stop kidding.

I dont speak about stats, i speak about movements, this guys are capable even now to do all the panoply of the game concerning slams and power takedown, they did in the past, there is no reason they cant now.

No UFC game has been able to properly replicate Machida or A.Silva

Those two are the first guys I fight against whenever playing a UFC game for the first time and I usually walk away trying to convince myself they got it right before accepting the fact that they fight close to nothing like their real life counterpart.

You gotta admit though THQ/Yukes came a Lot Closer. I still play Undisputed 3 a lot as well as EA UFC 2 . Undisputed 3 for the most part nailed it.
