Copy past from my notes.
Patch logs are available in games info on PS4 for everyone, but these notes also has some additional info from devs' comments on OS and dates.
I think this thread is needed as a illustration to understand why a Leader board reset is needed:

Version 1.07 [02.06.2016]
Updates:
- Added two new fighters: Karolina Kowalkiewicz to Women’ Strawweight; Thiago Tavares in Featherweight
- Fighter Showpieces: Momentous victories in UFC history are celebrated through Fighter Showpieces. Collect all Fighter Showpieces in Ultimate Team for epic rewards!
- Improved Create a Fighter flow for Ultimate Team: when creating a new fighter in Ultimate Team, users will now be shown a randomized fighter and can jump directly into the Ultimate Team mode with that fighter. Users can also cycle through multiple randomized fighters or use the original Create a Fighter feature for full customization control.
- Item Scouting: A new way to acquire Ultimate Team items. Every day, 5 different items will be available for purchase with coins. Users can spend coins to manually refresh the list of items available and use UFC points to lock an item until they have enough coins to purchase it.
- Highlights of the week: A new tab in the Ultimate Team store that showcases new and highlighted items for each week. Come see what is available in packs!
Gameplay:
- Removed the ability of punches & elbows in Single Collar Clinch to deny (interrupt) clinch transitions: Knees still interrupt. Same as Thai.
- Increased counter window after denied clinch attempt
- Added the ability to deny clinch attempts when following through with a strike
- Added counter damage modifier after clinch denial
- Added new momentum scenarios to various ground positions
- Added new logic to control when different strike types can interrupt a Takedown: We can now control which strikes interrupt takedowns on a per strike basis. For this patch, we have removed the ability for straight punches (jabs and straights) and leg kicks to interrupt takedowns by default. If they land in a way that would naturally cause a stun (i.e. at the end of a combo), they can still do it. Just not by default. We can also add new strike types to that list through server updates if we choose to. We started with these ones to test the waters and not make too drastic a change all at once.
- Punish the defender in a submission for defending a chain before it appears by taking away some defensive progress
- Pushing in the wrong direction to deny submission chain blocks the defending fighter from pushing in the correct direction
- Reduced Thai Knee damage by 10%
- Changed the inputs for submission reversals on the ground to be L2+R2 (to fix exploits and enforce pre-emptive denial penalty)
- Gave fighters who have the sit out sweep in sub Sprawl the option to also perform the Half Guard escape
- Tuned the submissive fighter’s escape from Back Mount to Half Guard to be a bit more difficult
- AI tuning: some fighter AI's tuned to use submissions and takedowns more or less as appropriate to their real life counterparts. AI will now use submission reversals. Blocking and stamina management improvements for pro AI.
- Various Gameplay and Animation fixes
- Improved Network code: This change will not eliminate latency, so if you used to experience a small delay in inputs responding when playing online, that will behave the same after this patch. However, if previously you were playing an online match and the game began to stutter or you experienced micro pauses, this change should smooth that out considerably and make the game playable where it previously wasn't. No match making changes, all net code improvements. Something along the lines of adding more redundant data in the packets so packet loss isn't felt as much, but I don't know the details.

Version 1.03 [20.03.2016]
- Gameplay fixes
GnP hit stun fix and infinite arm trap fix: You would get a Hut stun even if you blocked, and it would grow as your block broke down. But it caused you to be locked out of doing anything way too soon, making mount in particular very frustrating due to timing of the strikes vs the hit stun. With the fix, the hit stun will only apply on unblocked strikes.
