I like the submission switch idea better. It's more germane to the actual move.

Compare:
1.) Sub Reversal = The guillotine is blocked and reversed. So the counter choke isn't really ever present
2.) Sub switch = Here we have a choke locked in. If the defending fighter hits the green bar during the correct stage he passes to side control.

*Caveat: To get choked by a von flue means you are really an amateur on the ground. Because of this, I'd say it makes sense for there to be window during which the bottom fighter can press something to simply let go and concede position.
**BUT... If they don't let go, then the top player who passed to side control can now apply the choke.

Just my two cents. Makes sense to me, but that doesn't mean much.
