Can blocked leg kicks cause health events?

In UFC 1 a blocked leg kicked sometimes caused you to get a health event, which then lead to a free takedown. In UFC 2 that does not happen anymore unless you don't block.

You wrong, i have already caused leg kick health event to an opponent who had his guard, i saw the check animation and after his leg HUD blinking.
I'am sure of this but it happened when his leg was very red.

I did that, rarely but it hapened, just made me smiling that the modification they did was not as effective as it should be concerning those checked leg kick.

Kicks are overpowered in general and need balancing. I would know as they're the main part of my game.... And most other people's at the top level. They should take more stamina or the animation should be prolonged if you miss one (maybe your fighter should spin around or something). Boxing is very undervalued on this game due to how the mechanics play out. It's sad. Kicks just have much more pay off and work on the inside and outside.
