Bro i'm a hardcore MMA nerd, and off the top of the dome, without resorting to google or wiki, I honestly have NO IDEA who the last person Lawler Kod was....

Re: Middleweight Robbie Lawler

How about the fact Lawler can eat ~300 strikes and his head still won't even be red???

Can't stand how stupid the stats are in this game..

Whats funny is his last clean KOs happened......when he was at Middleweight in Strikeforce. He knocked out Matt Lindland with a punch and Adlan Amagov with a flying knee.

His last KO with Punches was 8 years ago....

Is this Legacy Lawler now?

In that case, where's Legacy Silva's OP stats? Dude danced around everyone in the Matrix for 6 years, over 16 fights.

Are these stats current, or from the past?

Why does 1 fighter get current stats, and another gets Prime stats?

Calm down. LOL.

Given the damage that he caused during the Rory rematch, both Hendricks fights, the Brown fight and the Condit fight, its hard to argue that Lawler isnt one of the most powerful WW in the UFC.....KOs or not.

Now should he be the MOST powerful WW in the game? Probably not but there arent many WW that should be ranked above him. Off the top of my head, Woodley and Hendricks (at the time the game was released not now). We all know that the game give champions a boost. We all know that Lawler was a recipient of that stat boost. We all agree that this shouldnt be the case in the next game.

Now he is one of the most powerful WW at the time the game was released and when he was an powerful MW. Should the devs assume that he isnt powerful at MW now simply because he hasnt fought there in years? We have no proof that he wouldnt be powerful at MW if he moved up. We also have no proof that he WOULD be powerful at MW now.

So all we have is what he did at the time and the power he is showing he has now. The Silva example doesnt work because we have direct evidence that shows that Silva has lost a step at MW.

In the end, I really dont care one way or the other and thats why I told Dave we should just agree to disagree. Arguing about stats that arent going change is dumb as ****. Especially when we have indications that stats will be different for the next game.

Re: Middleweight Robbie Lawler

I like the conversation in a positive non - argumentative way, cause it doesn't hurt anything and their is a chance there could be practical things to take away and may apply for when I start complaining about ufc 3.

I really hope Geoffrey doesn't think my topics like this are a rant against him.

I just let the passion flow. Never mean to come off like a jerk, although I probably do most of the time...

Better not, that's my thing. (Although in regards to Tyson or some things I most certainly try to come off as a jerk)
