I think not BWD dash, but BWD walking is the problem in UFC 2, because it is too fast, allow to regen stamina and safe; BWD dash is nearly the same as BWD walk in speed and BWD walking has all BWD dash's pros and no cons.

5) BWD dash:
+ evade ALL strikes
- gain GDA
- getting hit during it is counting as Counter hit and powerful strikes may cause KD

- decrease its speed x1/5 or x2

I hope FOOTWORK will be redone in UFC 3

Thoughts?

If you can't cut the octagon off. Then out manuver them with your own footwork. GDP gave great advice actually. Making people run into your strikes is an under utilized strategy. I don't run into this issue because I'm a counter fighter myself. If I run into someone else with good movement our fights become kickboxing/ karate point fighting matches. All though this is MMA not EA Stand and Bang 2.

If you're using fighters with low movement stats you will have a hard time against fighters like Cruz, & Bruce Lee in EA UFC 2. I've heard that back dash is harder to do in EA UFC 3. But I'm sure those who master movement on there will give players a hard time especially since permanent stamina depletion is better this time around for EA UFC 3. Meaning missing shots won't do anyone any good.

People should feel Glad movement isn't like EA MMA. Anyone could be almost untouchable in that game, the dashes, headmovement, the Parry, and footwork that speeds up when out of range was insane when combined together.
All though I do feel the Parry in EA MMA is better than EA UFC 1 & 2's.

Nick Diaz showed us how he felt about people with good movement lol.

This is spot on. If you have to make it a boring fight you do it. Sometimes higj level fights be looking like wonderboy vs woodley in this game lol. And tbh if the next games stroking turns out the same it might look like that even more. But tbh id be ok with that. If kos are really that dangerous id totally be ok with some fights playing out like that

Be patience, the back dash drains them of stamina. When you get experience and become great, you'll laugh at someone trying to back dash. That **** is not sustainable at the high level. Walk them down and eventually the p***y will run out of options once they don't know whether the high strike, low strike, clinch or takedown is coming.
