Clinch is the most effective way people had against me when I was doing it. Single collar or whatever the faster clinch entries are.

When they backdate spam they lose stamina fast which makes it harder for them to deny the clinch. Walk them down and eventually they will be near the cage which is even better.

I'm curious though about the new sprinting. Can you elaborate more on this mechanic? I noticed Werdum using his Flying kick like he used on Travis. Are there other strikes ,takedowns or knockdown to submissions off the Sprint? And is there a back Sprint lol like overeem, McGregor, Condit and many other fighters used to not get trapped against the cage.
